I am inspired by great people, people who challenge my critical thinking process, people who appreciate diversity. I am inspired by those who give back to the society what they have gained from it. I have learned that success is not about taking and winning but is about giving too. I have met with so many successful people whom I learned from and what I have discovered so far about successful persons is that they do not work harder but smarter because when you work hard you might fail but... Speaking out against injustice. Advocacy for less privilege and those who are unable to plead their cause. seeking and reaching out for change is what inspire me. I want to see young adults making an impact in their world. I like to challenge young people to be more aware of the issues that affect them and using appriopriate advocacy skills to seek a change in policies, culture and traditions that help perpetuate these issues.
